Dress-Up Photo Shoot “Martinis, Mad Men, & Role Play” - SOLD OUT!

Mice at Play and Belathée Photography are once again teaming up to bring you to an unreal afternoon of glamour, role-play, and fun! This time around we have chosen the visually stunning, politically conservative, rock-n-roll era of the late 1950s-early 1960s. Think Mad Men, Jackie O., A Simple Man and Holly Golightly!

Designed to help us reconnect with our youthful pastime of dress-up, this playdate will have us dare to “work the camera” while we put on a playful late 50s persona. Let’s don our best liquid mascara, enjoy canapés and vintage cocktails, and dance to Chuck Berry and Elvis Presley sides as Annabel and Dorothée take candid photos. People will be saying, “Cast an eyeball on those Dollies.”

Price includes a smart party with a coooool crowd, signature cocktail, hors d’oeuvres, and a new Facebook profile picture to die for! Additional beverages will be available for purchase.

So come escape squaresville! Leave the ankle-biters and back seat bingo partners at home, Baby. Let’s get chrome-plated with a high nest. It’ll be a kick, we promise.

Belathée has partnered with Mice at Play to offer a Street Photographer classes in Chinatown and in 2010 to create the Harlem Renaissance Dress Up Photo Shoot in Harlem to rave reviews.

Here’s what the Jazzy Bunnies said about the Cotton Club Dress Up Photo Shoot:

Mouse Philine

“Thank you for letting us step back in time. It was a really enjoyable evening and I appreciate all the hard work and focus on details that went into organizing this event. I will be back.”

Mouse Astrid

“Dear Sara, Nadia, Kathy, Johanne, Doro and Anabel,

“I am writing to belatedly thank you for putting together a fantastic gathering up in Harlem. Every moment and every detail of it was magically surreal, deliciously imaginative and truly memorable. It has made my year, and long after I'm no longer sporting the wig, glamorous clothes, accessories, makeup and mild hangover -- I'm still feeling quite fabulous, if I do say so myself! You are amazing women, and it was a pleasure meeting you. I look forward to taking part in more playtime with the group!”

Mouse Sarah C.

“WOW ! What an incredible evening. I just wanted to say a huge thank you for allowing me to play ‘dress-up’. It was hard stepping outside afterwards, back into the 21st Century! I loved every minute and had a blast!”

Standard Price: $75.00
Power Mouse Price: $65.00
